FAQs

Does the Vacmaster V10i vacuum and mop at the same time, or are they separate functions?

The V10i combines both. Alongside its 3000Pa suction for picking up debris, it has a mopping feature designed to handle spills and stains, so it can vacuum and mop in the same cleaning pass.

How often do I need to empty the robot vacuum myself?

The V10i automatically returns to its self-empty station and empties its own dust cup, offering up to 45 days of hands-free cleaning before you need to step in.

Can I set up areas where I don't want the robot to clean?

Yes. Through the companion app, you can set virtual boundaries and no-go zones to keep the V10i out of specific rooms or areas, along with choosing from 6 cleaning modes and 4 suction levels.

Will the robot vacuum fall down stairs or get stuck under furniture?

The V10i uses sensors to detect ledges and redirect itself away from drop-offs like stairs, and it can detect objects as small as 10 cm to help avoid getting stuck. As with any robot vacuum, it's still a good idea to keep an eye on it in unfamiliar spaces the first few times it runs.

Do I need the app to use this robot vacuum, or can I control it without a phone?

The app is where you'll set up features like virtual boundaries, no-go zones, and cleaning modes, so it's recommended for getting the most out of the V10i. For basic day to day operation, the robot vacuum can also be started via a power button directly on the product.
