MX24V is a rechargeable battery platform used across both Vacmaster and LawnMaster cordless tools, so instead of buying a separate battery for every tool, one battery can power multiple products in your lineup, whether that's a spot cleaner indoors or a string trimmer in the yard.

What is the relationship between Vacmaster and LawnMaster? Why do they have a shared battery platform?

Vacmaster and LawnMaster are sister brands developed by the same company, Cleva. By sharing the same battery platform across select products, you can use one battery and charger with compatible tools from both brands. This gives you more flexibility, reduces clutter, and makes it easier and more affordable to expand your collection of outdoor power equipment and cleaning tools.

Can I really use one battery across both my Vacmaster and LawnMaster tools?

Yes. The Vacmaster 600 Series Spot Cleaner (DSCC2401) and various LawnMaster tools (with the exception of the No-Pull™ System) are both built around the MX24V battery, so a compatible battery can move between an indoor cleaning tool and an outdoor lawn tool.

What's the difference between 24V and 48V tools in this collection, if they share the same battery platform?

Some higher-power tools, like the 48V MAX Lawn Mowers (CLMF4817E, CLMF4819A), run on two 24V MX24V batteries used together rather than a single 24V battery. That's how the same battery platform can power both lighter tools on one battery and higher-output tools using two.

Do all these tools come with a battery included, or do I need to buy one separately?
